Winters for me a breakthrough, a breakthrough that allows me
Today’s blog is all about cherishing winter fashion and peeping into the effortless beauty of it. On this note, Let’s get into today’s blog, Shall we?
“Layering”, I know you must have heard this term a lot more than often this season! Well, it truly deserves to be heard/ seen/ explored/ experimented with or let me put it this way “Layering” is the
Look 1, is for that corporate chic who’s into night parties and loves to channel the fashionista within her. Blazer is definitely the most promising clothing item, it is versatile in its own way and allows you to look polished and groomed every time you style it.
For this look, I have worn it above my LBD and added a belt on top to define my waist better. As my footwear I have opted for this Leopard print boots, you can also wear your strappy heels along with it.
I am a complete denim baby. I can walk denim- I can talk denim, you give me a denim clothing and I’ll show you how it can be done in a gazillion different ways. For this look I’ve styled these
It feels like all these pieces were meant to be styled together.
Thigh high boots
As cliche as it sounds, thigh high boots are my winter favorites. They’re the cold-weather wardrobe staples that are not just my but everybody’s favorite. They are a great footwear style to help transition your mini dresses and skirts perfect for the colder months. Here, I’ve worn this woolen skirt – tucked my woolen sweater inside and thrown a fur jacket above to keep me from the cold. Also, not to miss that cute beanie- it sorta binds the entire look together and keeps me warmer, a complete win-win situation isn’t it? This is a perfect winter outfit formula that NEVER-EVER-FAILS! Take my word.
The french beret
A faux fur coat is making turns back and forth but seems like this year, it’s here to stay and the best part is that it can be pulled with any casual as well as formal look. I’ve styled it with my basic jeans and a graphic tee and to give this look a little more character, I’ve worn my red beret and heels. Love how casual and cheerful this look is.
The Old school girl
What do you do when you have an overcoat and a bell bottom hanging right there in front of you in your closet? You pull them together and dress up like this absolute boss lady that you are. Wear a turtle neck/ sweater inside and just to make sure that you don’t hide behind these layers of clothing tuck your inner inside your bell bottoms and wear a statement belt to add that perfect cinch to your waist.
