I often do not realize the time during night hours while working on blogs or editing projects, As all my shoots used to happen in the daytime but nowadays i am mostly shooting around early evening hours, certainly I make sure it goes up on the blog within two to three-day span on the blog. I solemnly try to keep of scheduling posts whenever I can. But having said that nothing really goes according to my scheduled time table. Though even after an everyday struggle to avoid late night work i could not do it because of certain time table like these the errand list goes on with the to-do list every day. Taking out a little time for my own self-has become a pain, I do not really crib about my working hours but these days my routine has become a giant black demon to me. As I can not catch my sleep before 4AM, I swear I am all wide awake till four compiling my work and then go back to sleep. Getting a sleep early morning is the worse because I can barely wake up in the morning. Just to complete my 8hrs of sleep I keep my eyes shut and mind full of dreams till 2pm and trust me it can do worse to your mind and soul.
I am trying to change my bad habits as these are certainly affecting my work and health. Sleeping for long hrs have been killing my metabolism as I am skipping my meals. if you have these habits like I have, change them they are not at all right. Wake up in the morning have a heavy breakfast, go out for some fresh air and complete your work according to time do not stress yourself like i do at times.
